Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  • 2. Add the browned beef and all other ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  • 3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • 4. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.

Notes:

This soup is perfect for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
