Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Red curry paste
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a pot, combine coconut milk and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  • 2. Add red curry paste, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
  • 3. Add mushrooms and chicken breast. Cook until chicken is done.
  • 4. Stir in lime juice and cilantro. Serve hot.

Notes:

Adjust the amount of red curry paste to your taste.
