Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 Butternut Squash medium-sized, peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss the cubed butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Spread the squash evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the squash is tender and lightly browned.
  • Remove from the oven and serve warm.

Notes:

For extra flavor, you can add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg before baking.
