Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb carrots peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the carrots, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the carrots evenly.
  • 3. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are tender and glazed.
  • 4. Drizzle with honey and stir to combine. Serve warm.

Notes:

For a twist, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg.
