Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp White vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, lemon juice, white vinegar, and salt until well combined.
  • Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
  • After 24 hours, stir the mixture and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before using.

Notes:

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
