Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add asparagus and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

Notes:

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
