Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Stir in the cumin and salt, then add the black beans and vegetable broth. Simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Mix in the cooked rice, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Serve warm.

Feel free to add more spices or vegetables to suit your taste.
