Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta any shape
  • 200 g Crab meat cooked
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup Red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh dill chopped

Instructions: 

  • 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  • 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, crab meat, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  • 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  • 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  • 5. Garnish with fresh dill and serve chilled.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or celery for extra crunch.
