Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and minced garlic.
  • Add sliced cucumbers and toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
  • Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for better flavor.
