Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Spaghetti cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives sliced
  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Italian Dressing

Instructions: 

  • 1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
  • 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
  • 3. Pour Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  • 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more veggies or proteins like grilled chicken or shrimp.
