Instructions:
1. Scoop out the avocado flesh and place it in a blender.
2. Add Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lime juice, chopped cilantro, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
5. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Notes:
For a thinner consistency, add a little water or more lime juice.
