Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados ripe
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice fresh
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Scoop out the avocado flesh and place it in a blender.
  • 2. Add Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lime juice, chopped cilantro, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • 3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • 4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • 5. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Notes:

For a thinner consistency, add a little water or more lime juice.
