Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup Chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, dried cranberries, chopped celery, and chopped red onion.
  • Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice to the bowl. Stir until everything is well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes:

This salad is great served on its own or as a sandwich filling.
