Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • In a large bowl, combine watermelon, feta, mint, and basil.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Toss gently to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes:

Best served fresh. Can be chilled for a short time before serving.
