Cooked chicken, shredded

Buffalo sauce

Butter

Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions:
Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
Butter one side of each bread slice.
Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
Top with half of the cheese, then the buffalo chicken mixture, then the remaining cheese.
Place the second slice of bread on top, butter side up.
Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Notes:
Serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
