Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 tablespoons Butter softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions: 

  • Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  • Butter one side of each bread slice.
  • Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
  • Top with half of the cheese, then the buffalo chicken mixture, then the remaining cheese.
  • Place the second slice of bread on top, butter side up.
  • Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.

Notes:

Serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
