Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20)
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 4 slices Cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your griddle or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 2. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and roll them into balls.
  • 3. Place the beef balls onto the hot griddle and smash them flat with a spatula.
  • 4. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges are crispy, then flip and add cheese slices.
  • 6. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and the burger is cooked through.
  • 7. Toast the buns on the griddle until golden brown.
  • 8. Assemble the burgers and serve hot.

Notes:

For extra flavor, add your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomato, pickles, and sauce.
