Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 4 beef hot dogs
  • 1 cup ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions: 

  • Cook the hot dogs according to package instructions.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
  • Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Place hot dogs in buns, top with beef mixture, and sprinkle with cheese.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite toppings like diced onions, relish, or jalapeños.
