Instructions:
Cook the hot dogs according to package instructions.
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Place hot dogs in buns, top with beef mixture, and sprinkle with cheese.
