Instructions:
1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Add tofu and toss to coat.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
4. Add tofu to the pan and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 10-15 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
Notes:
For extra flavor, marinate the tofu for 30 minutes before cooking.
