Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm, drained and pressed
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch

Instructions: 

  • 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  • 2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Add tofu and toss to coat.
  • 3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  • 4. Add tofu to the pan and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 10-15 minutes.
  • 5. Serve hot.

Notes:

For extra flavor, marinate the tofu for 30 minutes before cooking.
