Dried soybeans
Soaked overnight

Instructions:
1. Soak soybeans in water overnight.
2. Drain and rinse the soybeans.
3. Blend soybeans with 4 cups of water until smooth.
4. Strain the mixture through a strainer into a pot.
5. Bring the liquid to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
6. Add sugar if desired, and stir until dissolved.
7. Let it cool before serving.
Notes:
Homemade soybean milk is best consumed fresh. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
