Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dried soybeans Soaked overnight
  • 4 cups Water For blending
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar Optional

Instructions: 

  • 1. Soak soybeans in water overnight.
  • 2. Drain and rinse the soybeans.
  • 3. Blend soybeans with 4 cups of water until smooth.
  • 4. Strain the mixture through a strainer into a pot.
  • 5. Bring the liquid to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
  • 6. Add sugar if desired, and stir until dissolved.
  • 7. Let it cool before serving.

Notes:

Homemade soybean milk is best consumed fresh. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
