Instructions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook chicken until browned and cooked through.
Add garlic, bell peppers, and pineapple. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, and cornstarch.
Pour sauce into the pan and stir until thickened.
Serve hot over rice.
