Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers chopped
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Cook chicken until browned and cooked through.
  • Add garlic, bell peppers, and pineapple. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, and cornstarch.
  • Pour sauce into the pan and stir until thickened.
  • Serve hot over rice.
