Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, and minced garlic.
  • 2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  • 3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and bring to a simmer.
  • 4. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  • 5. Serve hot with rice or noodles.

Notes:

This dish is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
