Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Spinach
  • 200 g Mustard Greens
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt or to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat ghee in a large pot over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  • 2. Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until onions are golden brown.
  • 3. Add spinach and mustard greens. Cook until wilted.
  • 4. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  • 5. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • 6. Return the blended mixture to the pot and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 7. Serve hot with rice or roti.

Notes:

Adjust the spices according to your taste.
