Instructions:
1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
2. Add the dry onion soup mix, beef broth, and condensed French onion soup.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
4. Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred with a fork.
5. Place the shredded beef on hoagie rolls and top with provolone cheese.
6. Serve with the juices from the slow cooker for dipping.
Notes:
For extra flavor, you can toast the hoagie rolls before adding the beef and cheese.
