Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Beef chuck roast
  • 1 packet Dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can Beef broth
  • 1 can Condensed French onion soup
  • 6 rolls Hoagie rolls
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese

Instructions: 

  • 1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  • 2. Add the dry onion soup mix, beef broth, and condensed French onion soup.
  • 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  • 4. Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred with a fork.
  • 5. Place the shredded beef on hoagie rolls and top with provolone cheese.
  • 6. Serve with the juices from the slow cooker for dipping.

Notes:

For extra flavor, you can toast the hoagie rolls before adding the beef and cheese.
