Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 Pineapple peeled, cored, and cut into rings
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions: 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Sprinkle the mixture over the pineapple rings.
  • Grill pineapple for 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
  • Serve warm.

Notes:

Great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
