Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the oats and milk. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the oat mixture. Stir to combine.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and melted butter. Add to the oat mixture and stir until just combined.
  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes:

These pancakes are great with fresh fruit, syrup, or a dollop of yogurt.
