Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 units Eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your waffle iron.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes:

For extra fluffy waffles, let the batter rest for a few minutes before cooking.
