Milk
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the cold butter pieces and cut them into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Pour in the milk and stir until the dough comes together.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead it gently a few times.
Pat the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness and cut out biscuits using a round cutter.
Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes:
Serve warm with butter or jam.
