Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Water chestnuts drained
  • 12 slices Bacon cut in half
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Wrap each water chestnut with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  • Place on a baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and brown sugar until dissolved.
  • Brush the mixture over the bacon-wrapped chestnuts.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bacon is crispy.

Notes:

Serve warm. Can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
