Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Scallops large
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • Pat the scallops dry with paper towels.
  • Season the scallops with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Place the scallops in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Notes:

Make sure the skillet is hot before adding the scallops to get a nice sear.
