Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 medium Zucchini sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions: 

  • 1. Slice the zucchini into rounds.
  • 2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
  • 3. Dredge each zucchini slice in flour, then dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  • 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • 5. Fry zucchini slices until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • 6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.

Notes:

Best served immediately while crispy.
