Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 4 bags Single-serve bags of corn chips
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Salsa

Instructions: 

  • 1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  • 2. Add the taco seasoning and water according to the packet instructions. Simmer until thickened.
  • 3. Open the bags of corn chips and add a scoop of the seasoned beef to each bag.
  • 4. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and salsa as desired.
  • 5. Serve with a fork and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add any other toppings you like, such as jalapenos, olives, or guacamole.
