Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef (top round or flank steak) thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • 2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  • 3. Preheat your dehydrator to 160°F (70°C).
  • 4. Place the marinated beef slices on the dehydrator trays, making sure they do not overlap.
  • 5. Dehydrate for 4-6 hours, or until the beef is dry and chewy.
  • 6. Let the jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

Notes:

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
