Beef (top round or flank steak)

Worcestershire sauce

Paprika
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
3. Preheat your dehydrator to 160°F (70°C).
4. Place the marinated beef slices on the dehydrator trays, making sure they do not overlap.
5. Dehydrate for 4-6 hours, or until the beef is dry and chewy.
6. Let the jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Notes:
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
