tomato juice

ketchup

lime juice

jalapeño, seeded and chopped

avocado, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine tomato juice, ketchup, lime juice, cilantro, red onion, and jalapeño.
Add the cooked shrimp and avocado. Stir gently to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes:
Best served chilled. Adjust the spice level by adding more or less jalapeño.
