egg
beaten

breadcrumbs

milk

Sauce
1/2
cup
vinegar
1/2
cup
brown sugar
1/2
cup
ketchup
1
tbsp
soy sauce
1
tbsp
cornstarch
mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
In a saucepan, combine vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
Add cornstarch mixture to the saucepan and cook until thickened.
Add baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
Notes:
Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
