Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Cotija cheese crumbled
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice fresh
  • to taste Salt

Instructions: 

  • 1. Boil the corn kernels in a pot of water until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  • 2. Drain the corn and transfer to a large bowl.
  • 3. Add mayonnaise, cotija cheese, chili powder, lime juice, and salt to the bowl. Mix well.
  • 4. Serve the mixture in cups and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add more spices or toppings like cilantro or hot sauce.
