Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Kale washed and thoroughly dried
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Sea salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Remove the kale leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the kale with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Spread the kale out on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.

Notes:

Make sure the kale is completely dry before baking to ensure crispiness.
