Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes:

For a stronger garlic flavor, let the aioli sit in the refrigerator overnight.
