Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into patties.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook patties in the hot oil until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Notes:
Serve with a side salad or on a bun as a sandwich.
