Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Salmon drained and flaked
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Dill dried
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil for frying

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Shape the mixture into patties.
  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Cook patties in the hot oil until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.

Notes:

Serve with a side salad or on a bun as a sandwich.
