Equipment

Ingredients:  

Wontons

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 package Wonton wrappers

Soup

  • 6 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 cups Spinach Fresh
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Mix well.
  • 2. Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
  • 3. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
  • 4. Gently add the wontons to the broth. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until wontons float to the top.
  • 5. Add spinach and green onions. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust the seasoning to your taste.
