Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated

Instructions: 

  • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
  • Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce heat to low and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes until thickened.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool. Store in an airtight container.

Notes:

This sauce can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
