Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 800 g Canned tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried basil

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Add canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Stir well.
  • Simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Notes:

Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve over your favorite pasta.
