Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Stir well.
Simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Notes:
Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve over your favorite pasta.
