Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes and chopped basil leaves.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
  • Serve immediately or let it sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Notes:

Best served fresh. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
