Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
2. Place each lettuce quarter on a plate. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing.
3. Top with crumbled bacon and halved cherry tomatoes.
4. Serve immediately.
Notes:
For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
