Ingredients:  

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce cut into quarters
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Blue cheese crumbled
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • 2. Place each lettuce quarter on a plate. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing.
  • 3. Top with crumbled bacon and halved cherry tomatoes.
  • 4. Serve immediately.

Notes:

For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
