Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 4 slices Cheese optional
  • 1 Lettuce for serving
  • 1 Tomato sliced, for serving

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  • Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  • If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of grilling.
  • Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two, if desired.
  • Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and any other desired toppings. Serve immediately.
