Instructions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of grilling.
Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two, if desired.
Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and any other desired toppings. Serve immediately.
