Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 4 pieces Large tortillas
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise

Instructions: 

  • 1. Cook bacon in a frying pan over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  • 2. Lay out tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on each tortilla.
  • 3. Divide the lettuce and tomatoes evenly among the tortillas.
  • 4. Place 2 slices of bacon on each tortilla.
  • 5. Roll up the tortillas tightly and cut in half if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes:

For a healthier option, use turkey bacon or add avocado slices.
