Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chipped ham thinly sliced
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 4 buns sandwich buns

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a skillet, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and mustard. Stir well.
  • 2. Add chipped ham to the skillet and mix until ham is well coated with the sauce.
  • 3. Cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 4. Serve the ham mixture on sandwich buns.

Notes:

For a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce to the barbecue mixture.
