Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer.
2. Cut the orange and lemon into slices and add them to the mixture along with the cloves. Continue to simmer for 5-10 minutes.
3. Pour in the wine and heat until steaming but not boiling. Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to adjust the spices to your taste. Some people like to add star anise or cardamom for extra flavor.
