Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  • Place the pork tenderloin on the grill and cook for 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes:

Make sure to let the pork rest before slicing to keep it juicy.
