Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water according to packet instructions. Simmer for a few minutes.
Warm the refried beans in a small saucepan or microwave.
Lay out flour tortillas and spread a layer of refried beans on each. Add a portion of the ground beef mixture.
Roll up the tortillas and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
Pour enchilada sauce over the top of the burritos and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and top with chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sour cream. Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite toppings like guacamole or jalapeños.
