Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and water according to packet instructions. Simmer for a few minutes.
  • Warm the refried beans in a small saucepan or microwave.
  • Lay out flour tortillas and spread a layer of refried beans on each. Add a portion of the ground beef mixture.
  • Roll up the tortillas and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  • Pour enchilada sauce over the top of the burritos and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and top with chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sour cream. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite toppings like guacamole or jalapeños.
