Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken boneless, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Marinate chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Let it sit for at least 1 hour.
  • Heat butter in a pan, add onions, and sauté until golden brown.
  • Add tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Cook until oil separates.
  • Add marinated chicken and cook until done.
  • Stir in fresh cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

Notes:

For best results, marinate the chicken overnight.
