Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Red Snapper about 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions: 

  • Mix all the spices together in a small bowl.
  • Rub the spice mix evenly over both sides of the red snapper fillets.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve immediately with your choice of sides.

Notes:

Adjust the cayenne pepper to your heat preference. Serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
